Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring that all components are included and bottles are tightly sealed to prevent leaks.

  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 7-10 business days.
